Payment Μethods

Payment for an order is made in the following ways:

• By credit, debit or prepaid card
• By deposit to a bank account
• Cash on delivery

1. Credit, debit and prepaid card

All payments made using a card are processed through Viva Wallet’s “Smart Checkout” payment gateway.

2. Deposit to a bank account

To complete your order by depositing into a bank account, you must proceed within 48 hours to deposit the entire amount (including shipping costs) to one of the following accounts:

Once you have made the deposit, you can send us the copy of the bank order by email or contact us on tel. 23510 26040 giving us your personal details to confirm the deposit into our account. After the deposit is confirmed, your order will be shipped. If the deposit is not made within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and a new one will have to be submitted.

In case of payment through another bank, there may be a slight delay in the transaction and the bank may charge you transfer fees.

3. Cash on delivery

Pay the courier company employee upon receiving the order at your location. The payment method by cash on delivery is valid for all cities and regions of Greece.

The cost of cash on delivery is €2. The payment method by cash on delivery is only available for Greece and for purchases with a total value of up to €100.

In case of cash on delivery, the order will be confirmed by phone before it is sent.
